3月18日，根据北京市市场监管局近日发布的《北京市市场监督管理局2023年营商环境建设白皮书》显示，过去一年，北京市市场监管局高效规范执法，维护市场秩序。查办反不正当竞争类案件711件，罚没款3095.55万元，办结全市商标侵权行政处罚类案件510件，罚没款3094.6万元。
此外，北京市市场监管局也深入推进了涉企收费治理，减轻经营主体负担，组织开展反不正当竞争“守护”专项执法。2023年，全市共检查收费主体410余户，推动退还各类费用超6.23亿元，惠及经营主体2.02万户，其中小微企业和个体工商户超1.45万户。(来源：北京商报)
